Derek Rose & Heritage
Many brands call themselves heritage brands. We truly are a heritage brand.
The definition of heritage is: “valued objects and qualities such as cultural traditions, unspoiled countryside, and historic buildings that have been passed down from previous generations”
As a third generation business with two generations still working together, we are very much a heritage brand. It is not merely that we work together in the business, but that we have grown up around the business.
In the early 1990's Derek Rose welcomed his daughter Nancy Rose-Pagani into the business. Nancy built up her knowledge across all areas of the business and, with her Fine Arts degree background, settled in the role of Design Director. She is responsible for all the lovely designs that we launch each season so we’re always very nice to her.
In 2003 the third generation management of the business was further expanded after Sacha Rose, Derek Rose's son, joined the business. Sacha joined from a legal and financial background and, after training in the business, Sacha took on the role of Managing Director in 2005.
Today's business retains the core values initially instilled by Lou Rose and developed by Derek Rose - quality, passion for design and great service.
