Changes for EU Customers

Changes for EU Customers

We know there is some uncertainty around the expected changes to the way you shop after the 31st December '19 and we want to address any questions you might have in the best way we can.

To all our EU friends,

We hope you, your families and friends are well.

Firstly, thank you for your continued support. We are incredibly grateful and want to reassure you that after the UK left the EU on the 31st January '20, we are still committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Our website and delivery services remain fully operational with no additional fees, so you can still make purchases and free returns as often as you like.

Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
No. There are no additional fees to pay. We will cover any import duties and taxes on your behalf when your order is processed at your local customs.

Do I have to pay import VAT (Value Added Tax)?
No. There is no additional VAT to pay. We will cover any import VAT on your behalf when your order is processed at your local customs.

Will I still pay in GBP (£)?
Yes. The prices will remain in GBP (£) for the time being. We plan to launch an EU specific website this year, where you will be able to pay in Euros.

Will there be delays to my order?
No. There are currently no delays in transit times. All our shipments are sent by air with DHL Express.

Has the returns process changed?
Yes. You will need to use the provided commercial returns invoice to make a return or exchange. This will need to be attached to the outside of your package, and will ensure your parcel clears customs and doesn’t get returned to you. Returns and Exchanges remain free.

If you have any other questions or would like to discuss any of the points further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team here.

Thank you again for your continued support.

Kind regards,

The Derek Rose team
