• Orders made by 15:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the same day, except during weekends, public holidays and very busy sale/promotion/holiday periods. All deliveries are tracked and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please note, DHL does not deliver on a Saturday.

  We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and to shop with peace of mind. All orders benefit from our 30-day free returns policy.

  Returns of underwear

  Because of the nature of the garments, we are only able to accept returns of underwear that is completely unworn. We will happily accept returns of these garments provided they are in original condition with box and tags intact, and have not been tried on. In the extremely rare case of a defect in the product, we will of course immediately provide a replacement. Please telephone or email us should this occur.
