Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3.30pm (British Summer Time) or 9.30am (Central Daylight Time) will be dispatched the same day with our courier DHL Express, except during sale, weekends and public holidays in the UK.

We aim to dispatch UK orders the next working day, provided your order is placed before 3.30pm. All international deliveries will be delivered in 1-3 working days.

Christmas Guaranteed Delivery

If you are shopping for the festive season, to guarantee delivery before 24th December 2024 (even if your order is personalised), please ensure that your order is placed before 2.00pm (British Summer Time) on or before the below dates:

UK - Friday 20th December 2024

United States - Thursday 19th December 2024

UAE - Thursday 19th December 2024

Europe - Thursday 19th December 2024

ROW - Wednesday 18th December 2024

Orders placed after this cut-off date and time will be accepted and delivered as soon as possible. However, we are not able to guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery.

Currency, Customs, Duties & Taxes

In July 2024, we have made some updates to our website with the sole purpose of creating a friendlier, quicker, and hassle-free shopping experience.

You are now able to shop in your local currency. At checkout, once you have added your item(s) to your cart and entered your delivery address, all taxes and duties will be calculated for you. This will clearly indicate if the price paid is inclusive or exclusive of duties and taxes before you complete payment.

You may be offered to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout, however, we can’t guarantee that your order will be eligible. Should you choose not to pay for the duties, DHL Express will contact you directly once your order reaches its destination.

Out For Delivery

Once your order has been quality checked and packaged safely, it will be handed over to our trusted courier, DHL Express. Please note that DHL Express do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

All deliveries are easily tracked via email/SMS and a signature will be required upon delivery. Should you miss your delivery, don't worry, DHL Express will attempt the next available working day.
