How to use your Derek Rose Gift Card:
If the value of the card is not written on the holder behind the gift card, you can confirm the balance of the card in store or by contacting our Customer Services team on Tel: + 44 (0) 800 996 1995 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm GMT), or alternatively by email: customerservices@derek-rose.com. Please have your Gift Card ready to hand and reference the code on the back of the gift card to confirm the balance.
In Store
Visit our free-standing London stores located in Notting Hill, Knightsbridge and Hampstead, where our sales team will be happy to serve and advise you.
Online
Gift cards can be used online for UK orders. Once you are ready to make your purchase proceed to the Checkout page and add the number on the back of the gift card into the gift card or discount code box.
The gift card’s value will be deducted from the total order value. Please enter your debit or credit card details if there is an outstanding balance. Any unused balance will remain on the card, ready for your next purchase. The balance of the Gift Card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issue.
Please note that gift cards cannot be used for online orders outside the UK.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
A Derek Rose Gift Card may be used for full or part payment of goods when shopping in one of our standalone London stores or on derek-rose.com for orders being shipped to a UK delivery address.
The purchase of a Gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a product purchased with a Derek Rose Gift Card is returned, the refund will be credited back onto the original Gift Card or, if it’s no longer available, a new card will be issued.
Where the refunded purchase was partially paid with a gift card, the gift card will be refunded to its original value first, and any further balance will then be refunded to the original alternative payment method.
Please look after your Gift Card and treat it like cash. We are unable to re-issue lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards. The re-sale of Derek Rose Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
Derek Rose Gift Cards are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of issue and the Gift Card will automatically expire at the end of that period and any remaining balance will be cancelled.
